• About Me

  Rhonda is the owner of Pilates Connection and is a Level III instructor of Romana's Pilates. She opened this state of the art studio in 2006. Rhonda started training in 1993 and was first certified in 1995. She did one of her first lessons in 1993 with Romana Kryzanowska, the Joseph Pilates protégé and founder of Romana's Pilates™ which inspired her to study Pilates more in depth.
